Skate with the Team Sessions

Are you a freestyle skater looking to try something new?

Do you currently skate on a synchro team but are seeking change?

Come see what synchro at Team Excel is all about! Our Skate with the Team Sessions are held specifically for our Sectional and Nationally competitive teams to provide skaters an opportunity to learn more about our organization. Skate with the Team (SWTT) is a great way for skaters from outside the Team Excel community to experience what a practice is like with our Preliminary, Open Juvenile, Juvenile, or Intermediate divisions. Skaters currently on a Team Excel team are also welcome to join SWTT sessions to connect with higher levels. Athletes will have the chance to participate in both individual drills with the team as well as connected synchro elements!

Open to all age and test eligible athletes! The chart above can be referenced for specific requirements.

PLEASE NOTE: The Moves in the Field requirements to participate in Team Excel’s SWTT sessions vary slightly from the U.S. Figure Skating standards for each division. This provides skaters an opportunity to attend a SWTT session well in advance of future tryouts!
